Preparation stages-

Site Investigation: the proposed site is first investigated, an initial study is done using the data and information. The site is investigated if it is suitable to build a 20 storey building. Also, investigation of soil as the properties can change due to change in weather which is also called as land testing.
Site Preparation: If the site is satisfactory, after investigation, clearing and demolition activities are performed where trees, stump and the rest areas are cleared. Then earthwork activities take place followed by a temporary building office, stored toilets, guard house, car parks and canteen are built. Finally, sign boards are warnings are placed.
Authorities: Periodic visit of authorities are carried out during the time of construction and a report is submitted accordingly. Once the building gets completed, all the documents are signed by the authority and submitted to the owner.

All these stages are equally important to construct a safer housing practices.
